Booking privacy notice

This notice explains how information is used for mentorship bookings with Shaad Khan. Contact team@shaad.co with privacy questions.

Information collected

The booking form collects your name, email address, mobile number, chosen time, time zone and any notes you choose to provide. We also keep booking and payment references, payment status and the calendar invitation details needed to manage your session.

Why it is used

Your information is used to check availability, process and verify payment, create your call invitation, handle booking changes or refunds and respond to support requests. Booking notes help Shaad prepare for your call. Please avoid sensitive personal information, passwords and confidential client details in your notes.

Services involved

Hostinger hosts the website and booking records. Stripe processes payments and receives the customer details needed for checkout. Google Calendar and Google Meet arrange invitations and the online call; your name, email and optional discussion notes may appear in that invitation. These providers also handle information under their own privacy policies.

Card payment details are entered through Stripe’s secure checkout. This website does not ask for or store your UPI PIN or card security code.

Local-currency estimates

To display your local currency automatically, your browser requests a country-level lookup from country.is, which receives your IP address. We do not request precise location or store the returned IP address. Your browser also requests public exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API. We temporarily cache exchange rates on your device. The display currency is selected automatically from your detected country; VPNs may affect this detection.

Cookies and security

The booking service uses a necessary session cookie to keep your checkout linked to your browser and protect booking requests. Security checks use limited network information to reduce abusive requests. The session cookie expires after one day. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which sends your browser’s ordinary request information to Google.

Keeping and managing information

Booking and payment records are retained as needed to deliver the service, handle refunds or disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Access is limited to service administration and the providers involved. Information is not sold.

Your requests

You can email team@shaad.co to request access to, correction of or deletion of your booking information. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for payment disputes or legal obligations.
